Hi everyone, for years I've suffered from tummy trouble but never sought medical help. This week I have suffered from a severe pain in my upper middle tummy almost like a tennis ball of pain that feels like a stitch, along with bad wind, lack of appetite, nausea, lower back pain and frequent trips to the toilet with loose foamy stools. Is this ibs? I often suffer from terrible pain in the morning in my lower abdomen and always have a bad tummy reaction to drinking tea. Someone please help I'm worried as I've been googling my symptoms and it's coming up with all sorts including cancer.

Googling will tell everything not nice... a trip to the GP would be a good idea to get it checked if you're worried.
Blu02 is absolutely "spot on"...there is no one on this forum that can diagnose your condition.Not even professional web MD's, books, articles or whatever... It must be evaluated by a medical professional, that will do physical and lab examinations.

Do not go jumping to the wrong out come before you know what your problem is.
There are a number of different bowel issues and it could be anyone one of them. Ring your doctor make an appointment. Stressing about it will not be good for you, so sooner the better.
