Hi ladies I have stomach and back pain feels like I am going to start my period most of the time all feel sick , sometimes it ok for about a week then it comes back. I was 10 days late last month was on for 3 days light Started to drink peppermint tea to see if that helps some one said it can help trying to eat more fruit and veg I may have posted something like this be for Just getting me down now Take care Paula

I am dealing with this now. I have had PMS symptoms and feel like I’m going to start my period for about 3 weeks now. This started about 10 days after my last cycle. I’ve been in peri for about 5 years and every now and then I have the same sensation where I get a stomach ache and cramps, along with low back ache, but no period. My periods are about every 45 days on average, but I have gone as long as 80 days without a period. It makes me feel terribly ill when I have these issues. I’m 47 and since I was 11 years old I had a period like clockwork every 24 days. Now I’m never sure when it’s coming. It truly makes me feel like I’m going crazy. Most days I’m attached to my heating pad to try to relieve the cramps/back pain. It can be debilitating.

I never know if and when I am going to start, I been peri for 4 years just when you get your head around things something else comes along
