I've noticed that after I eat when I've been particularly hungry beforehand, my stomach hurts when I just start eating. It subsides quickly and isn't massively painful, just a mild dull ache. As I said, it isn't always, only if I've been quite hungry beforehand. Wondering if I should be concerned?
Hi Emmyx
Do you eat regular meals or go without eating for sometime?..if you wait along time between meals your stomach is not used to having regular food into it and may hurt a little. Try eating regular 3- 4 hourly meals and small snacks in between and see if there is a difference..don't wait until you have to eat because you are really hungry....
Hi there,
Thanks for the response. I do tend to go long periods of time not eating, I think you may be right. Thank you!
Hi Emmyx
Happy to help...start eating at regular intervals..it's not healthy to eat only when you really need to, your body needs regular and healthy amounts nutrition. You will tend to overeat if you leave long intervals between meals....little, healthy and often is best...
