Stomach tremor and anxiety when I eat

Everything I eat or drink, as soon as it hits my stomach it gives my stomach the tremor and hands shaking.

(nausea, anxiety?)

Could this be a result of the gastritis? It usually happens on the mornings and during the day. When evening approachesI have no problem.

Anyone else experience this?

yes but go to the endoscopy for test also

I've already had an endoscopy done and confirmed gastritis.
