Hi anyone, feel like something riding up down my chest or stomach  sometimes like indigestion kind of thing had this early in peri meno and it stop now I'm getting it again.

Have anybody gain weight and the being and than lost it some years later from perimenpause.

Hi Maria, 

I have experence it many times, especially in the morning. The first time i had a panic attack with it because i thought i was having a heart attack. It felt realy bad, like this lump coming from my stomach to my throat .

Hi hyacnth, yes it does feel something like that. Guess your stomach boring up in your throat, is it gone now for you.
