How are all you non smokers doing. I have just past the six month mark. Still feeling a bit rubbish with indegestion and breathlessness. Going to doctors tomorrow hope I can get some help as inhaler does nothing at all.

Got to go for a chest x-Ray and a blood test also put on water tablets and after the first one have got a bad head and the whites of my eyes have turned pink. Help why has this happened.
Youre having a bad time of it. Dehydration can cause a headache, but I would suggest you look at the leaflet you got in your pack of tablets and read the smallprint for side effects. If you are really worried, call your GP or NHS24. Good luck.
pills definitely don't agree with me. Got up for work this morning still feeling rough. Managed to get there but had to come home after an hour, felt really sick. Came home and slept for three hours. Thinking, I felt more healthy when I was smoking. 😚
well it has been 7 months since I stopped smoking and I thought my health would improve but my COPD is progressing and I am so so scared
