I don't know if it's due to my anxiety disorder or that I quit smoking 6 months ago but reasontly food flavours are getting so strong to the point I dislike them I've always hated meat but everything else (except some fruit) I dislike coz the flavours are way to strong even newly brought food I don't know what to do.
I think thats the norm when you stop smoking.you can taste things better. But yr anxiety may well make it slightly more intollerable. But tasting yr food is much healthier than smoking again.

but there's alot I dislike now like I brought a pack of bbq crisps though I love these but haven't had them in ages but when I ate some they was so strong in flavour I almost threw up
Yeah i know what you mean.i stopped smoking because it was making my anxiety worse and after a year or so i could taste my food much better but not as much as you have said.. but you need to try and kick that habbit or get used to it or you will find yrself eating nothing.. i bet you havnt gone off booze lol ;-)
Lol I don't drink only maybe 1 at Christmas maybe also for anxiety I found scented candles work wonders in a dark room
