Having previously been on Statins and stopped them after a few weeks I know of the muscle problems I've had. Then I had slow urine flow so had a cystoscopy and was put on the above. The first bought back the leg muscle pains in 5 weeks so stopped them and Dr gave me the other which had the same effect after taking just 5 of them so I stopped. I can still get a flow going and if anyone has an idea of how this will get worse as the Prostate grows I would appreciate it. Also now I find I ha developed a cateract and getting low intensity headaches plus a clicking jaw. Recently I have had two cases of visual migrane (flashing only). Also one case of arrythmia (regular version) but a hospital visit revealed nothing. Any experience of others appreciated. I just wonder if I have got ALS slowly in the making. I can still walk and detect no weakness (so far!). I have been off statins for over a year now. Thanks.
Tamsulosin hastened my need for cataract surgery and also gave me Floppy Iris Syndrome in one eye.
Prostates always continue to. They are like a weed. Back to your other symptoms were you on Cipro or a fluoroquinolone ?
