I have been taking HRT for a couple of months and the weight gain has been ridiculous.
Has anyone else just stopped taking it and how did they feel

I’m on ellestte diet 2 mg
Mainly the weight gain and heavy periods with it that I get a lot of pain with also spots really bad as well
Hi I have taken HRT for seven years I have come off of it twice now, Symptoms came back awful, seeing you have only taken them for two months you may be ok? Were your symptoms bad?
They were to be honest and I think some are coming back already like the itchy skin
I’m very hot as well which I had before.
The anxiety was really bad as well before
I hope you are not like me .. as when I come off HRT my symptoms return .. awful ! How are you now?
