I have been taking Mirtzapine 7.5mg for one week to help with insomnia, but would like to stop taking it. As I have only been taking it for one week, is it safe/okay to quit cold turkey? Thank you!

Its not an exact science unfortunately.
7.5 is a very low dose and you were only on it for a week.
Most people would be fine to stop it cold turkey in that situation.
In my opinion, just stop taking it. If you have issues take it every second night for a few nights and try again …
