Anyone else ever had this symptom? It's high 20, 30 degrees, all of a sudden I'm freezing cold, shaking, shivering, only lasts minutes!
Frederick,
Yes I have had that many times. I would be shivering uncontrollably. It’s definitely anxiety. Do breathing excercises. And meditation. I also was having panic attacks and I decided to go on celexa which has really helped me.

Hi will, got the T shirt on medication and breathing! Celexa???? never heard of it?
It’s also known as citalopram! It’s for anxiety. I didn’t want to go on it but I bit the bullet and started it 20 weeks ago. It’s saving my life.
Morning will, personally i'v never found any antidepressants that help with anxiety? I was in a really bad place few months back, rock bottom, the doctor only a young girl wouldn't let me leave the surgery, she gave me mirtazapine! Just one tablet, and I had to go back to see her next day! And believe it or not but I felt perfectly normal!!!!! That's how powerful and devious the mind is? I asked the doctor is it possible to feel normal after one 15mg mirtazapine?????? She didn't know what to say? CBD OIL is a life giver, i'v used it now since my dark episode, and have felt an improvement, I'm far from normal and never will be! At my age. I would recommend it anytime.
Wow thank you I’m going to stay with the citalopram for now. It was a huge challenge for 4 months with horrific side effects. But I feel better than ever. I’m 60 and I can focus so good now. I work in a high pressure postion for a mega company. I manage many millennials so I really need to on my game. I would love to switch to CBD. Maybe after some of my big projects are completed. Thanks for the info. FYI I had been to so many doctors to see what was wrong with me. Nobody could help me. Finally I found a very known neurologist here in NY and I got an appointment through a friend. He immediately did testing and suggested citalopram. I went for a check up and asked him about CBD and he was in favor of it. He did suggest I wait a little bit to reap the benefits of what I went through for the drug to regulate in my body. So for the book here. Keep me posted of how you are doing.
