So ive had these weird bumps under my foreskin for a few months but too embarrassed to see my GP. They do not cause any irritation or discomfort but just dont look nice. im 18 and a virgin with no sexual encounter although i want that to change. 
could be skin tags? if youre not sexually active you cab rule out an std
thank you for that! ive just researched and believe that is the case. probably best of getting it checked out to be on the safe side
