Strange chest feeling

Hi everyone,

I take Citalopram for anxiety and it is much easier to get through the day with minimal symptoms. The past two nights I have had a racing heart, I have an apple watch which I actually think isn't a positive thing as it means I can check my heart rate! When I checked this morning, there were times in the night where my heart rate was over 100 bpm, this is the second night in a row it has been like it. This is worrying me. I had an ECG about 3 weeks ago due to waking up in the night with a racing heart and it came back fine but I didn't feel the racing heart whilst having the ECG.

I am concerned and am going to make a doctors appointment. Has anyone else experienced a racing heart throughout the night? It was over 100 bpm for quite a bit.

I also get a nervous/butterfly type feeling in my chest and the occasional pain there. Just looking for experiences others have had similar to this?

Thank you smile
