Strange dark spots on inside of vagina lips

So I was giving myself a look to make sure everything was good down there and saw on the inside of my left vagina lip close to my actual vaginal opening this strange dark spot? Any idea what they could be?

if they are new i would have your gyno check them just to rule out vulvar cancer. but doesnt look like an std.
