Strange dull ache under right rib and back

iv had a strange dull ache in my lower right abdoman and sometime lower right back ? has anyone had this ? had a blood test and it all came back ok ? its not a pain just more of a annoyance . could this be ibs or something worse? i do suffer from anxiety please any advice would be great

hi gavin, sorry only just seen your message, when you say right hand side whereabouts do you mean, high up or low down? do you have other symptoms? do you stop from any pain? right is more normal pain for appendictis! get this checked out, tell your doctor exactly what you said on here!

thanks for the reply lower right side . its not a really bad pain its just a annoying dull ache sometime like a burning feeling ??

hi gavin do you get the pain elsewhere and do you get it when you’re stressed or after eating? it could be something called gastritis, try some antacids when you get it and see if it goes away? good luck hope you eventually work out what this is.

yeah i have been stressed with my health after suffering from pnumonia a month ago get pain in my lower left side and sometimes lower back .
thank you for your help ill try the antacids

i get exactly the same type of pain ive also been really stressed and suffer with health anxiety like yourself all checked and everything normal. i get left side rib dull ache sometimes burning and other places in abdomen im assuming its down to stress
