So for the past month or two I've had various headaches/migraines/shooting head pains that seem to be getting gradually worse. But for the past couple of days I've had strange things happen while waking up in the morning
I'll have really blurry vision, feel lightheaded as if I'm going to pass out there and then, my heart will seem to be beating very slow (slower than normal while waking up) and it's very difficult for me to actually wake up completely. It doesn't happen during the night just while I'm trying to wake up in the morning, and is very scary as its a very convincing sensation of almost passing out.
Does anyone else suffer with similar problems? I don't know if it's linked to the headaches, or my anxiety, or something completely different.
I havent had those symptoms as part of my anxiety first thing in the morning,I get then later in the day I suppose it affects everyone differently
Check your cortisol levels. A doctor can do this by a morning bloodtest. Be sure to keep hyrdrated. Dehtdration can cause many similiar symptoms. If you take medications,if you take blood pressure (neta nlockers, proponal)medications or medications let your doctor know as well as to what is occuring.
Good morning , I have had the whole headache, migraine, head sensations and shooting pains int the head , and the feeling that I'm going to pass out , but that would be throughout the day or at night or it would wake me up.out of my sleep , but not so.much in the morning when I get up , that's usually my most peaceful time when I first first wake up , because I almost feel normal for a few minute then I tend to feel something that tales me back to knowing I have anxiety/panic disorder !!!
