For the last few months along with anxiety I've been getting weird flickering in my vision like it jumps for a split second. It really makes my anxiety go up, is this related to anxiety or is it something else?
i get this often when im stressed or out of nothing. its like a twitch or wired flicking sensation. ive had it on and off for years and its never done me any harm.
