I donno covid or what after about 19 days of hard struggle (went ER and crazy) with loads of symptoms, now i am pretty normal now. Symptoms almost free (no fever, no sore or tickle or feeling strange throat, no GI symptoms, sleeping fine now no need medicine, no cough). My medication continued. I can do exercises pretty well. Yoga exercise too. Breathing is clear but sometime this anxiety wants to come back. #will recheck again. Boosting my immunity with vitamins C D & Zinc daily. I will do everything to check my health everyday no matter what other people say which makes me normal by seeing facts.
i think you are over thinking your symptoms. checking and rechecking your vitals in going to just bring back your anxiety quicker. you need to get out of your own head. you are not going to die if you go an hour or two without analyzing every little detail of how you feel and then worrying about it. i am not sure what your limitations are during the virus lockdown, but things that work for me to relax are hot showers, going outside, listening to some relaxing music, maybe a car ride. find something to keep your mind busy. what meds are you on ? just curious. the paranoia will not help one bit. so you may want to talk to someone about techniques that help you to cope. i am not big on the techniques and rarely do them but they do help some people.
