Strange head symtoms of Anxiety

I have had anxiety/panic disorder for nearly 11yrs, all my Dr’s have clearly said to me this is what I’m suffering and they said to me they exhausted every test.
I was told it would have to stop and would have to except what I’ve got, but just the other day one of my Dr’s said I will make an appoint with the neurologist, and theres me thinking I had every test.
I get really bad physical symptoms that appears from no where, my last symptom is very strange head or brain sensation that feels like someone is pressing on a nerve, it’s not sore just very frightening as it appears out the blue and accompanied by lightheadedness can feel the sensation in my eyes, face and ears…is this Anxiety or something actually serious, I do have all the anxiety physical symptoms lightheaded, nausea, shakey, jelly legs, severely hot sweats, blurry vision, but theres one thing I never feel if I’ve actually been Anxious or panicky to begin with, symtoms came out of no where 11 hrs ago

I am 100% sure that this is also an anxiety symptom. I have been developing and replacing/changing symptoms also from day 1 and it has been 11 years since I deal with this sick disorder. It keeps showing different faces and all we can do is try to cope with them as much as we can. For example I developed a sinus pressure kind of headache now on all SSRIs that I was put on. They worked so well for 10 years then the pressure/headache came along which I never head before like this. Its just such a terrible thing that we deal with. Try to relax and do not take it as as something serious because it is not. its just another face of anxiety.
