Hey.
I have those lesions for a while now, I am quite sure it came a day after I shaved my pubic area with a razor for the first time.
I stopped using razor and I am using only a machine since then but the lesions stayed until now.
It doesn't hurt, itchy or interrupt me by any means aside from the way it looks.
I am married for quite a while and both me and wife have sex only with each other.
Any idea?

Seems HPV warts. Get it checked with doctor and they shall prescribe a liquid solution which will get wart fall.
Is it really necessary or it’s just a cosmetic thing?
Its not necessary but it is better to have that so that this is not passed (if this is HPV) to partner.
