So its basically a lump underneath my foreskin but its creating a lump outside, there is something under my foreskin pushing it outwards so it creates a skin coloured lump. It moves around with my foreskin so i know it isnt attached to my penis. Should i be worried? I think it is a lymphocele but i want to make sure.
You need medical attention to correctly identify what is going on and have the correct course of action put in place.
Either contact your own GP and you can supply them with the second photo - otherwise contact or go to any sexual health / GU Medicine service

Thank god, I don’t need to do that. Turns out it was a blister, it was pretty obvious later that night it was a blister, from… friction… Penile blisters are pretty common. It burst yesterday and this morning it had scabbed over. From now I will wait to see if it heals or grows again, if it grows again I will definitely contact a gp, update tommorow!
