I noticed this lump on the left side of the shaft of my penis near the base 2 days ago after a rather lengthy session of masturbation. That's just when I noticed it. could have been there before. Not sure bur not that long before. It's very small. like less than pea size. Its under the skin, attached to it, moves with the skin when I adjust or stretch it. Almost feels like a tiny small rock or something. Not painful unless I mess with it, then sometimes get low levels of a dull sharp pain but that might just be from me pinching it slightly. I know it may be a Lymphocele but I cant find a description of one that I feel fully matches my lump. I'm also not circumcised. Not sure if that matters. I just want to know what it could be so that I don't worry so much or take the necessary steps to deal with it.
Dear joseph,
Is it (literally) a snake-like (‘serpiginous’) swelling? I’ve drawn the latter on the erect penis photo taken from Wiki. Lymphoceles tend to be located close to the coronal sulcus, as drawn. You’ve probably read about them so I won’t give too much detail. It’s not serious, but if it’s worrying you, then obviously the right thing to do is to stop masturbating and to allow it to settle.

Thanks for the reply. I wouldn’t call it snake like. And its closer to the base in the loose skin around the base. It’s small, hard and under the skin.
