For some years now when I get depressed or quite anxious I get a burning feeling in my penis I know it’s strange but it’s really annoying I’ve had every test and nothing can be done going to a urologist in a month after all these years but thought I would ask if any other men have or have had this problem. I seem to urinate more also due to the anxiety.
I don’t know if it’s the medication or just the anxiety itself. I also get it sometimes when or after I drink beer

The first thing that comes to mind is where is the burning located in the shaft or some where else. Does the burning happen when you have an erection?does it happen when you masturbate? Does the burning happen when you're having an orgasm. Have you been seen by a urologist?
It’s at the end it’s a constant uneasy feeling I’ve had it for years had all the blood and urine tests etc they can’t find anything wrong going to a urologist soon
It doesn’t hurt to pee if anything it helps a little

I think possibly that your urethra could be infected causing the burning sensation. You should get a swab or hand in a urine sample at your nearest genito urinary clinic. Also a condition called brewers droop may be causing the urination especially if you are a heavy drinker.
Well as far as I know, anxiety does cause burning skin. Hope it helps.
