Hi. I hope everyone is well.
3 months ago I had protected sexual contact with a prostitute, however there was no penetration, just oral and grinding without clothing. I wore protection the entire time. I didn't notice any symptoms afterward but did have severe anxiety as this is something I dont usually do and was intoxicated at the time.
A few days ago I noticed strange red bumps showing up on my penis and other parts of my body, however I am unsure if they have the same root cause. Its springtime where I live and it could be mites or something heat related. I washed all my bedding and clothing to be on the safe side, but I am still having problems. I'm beginning to worry I might have caught something. I've tried applying povidone-iodine ointment which didnt do much, and have tried applying moisturizing cream and washing regularly. At this point it's been about 4-5 days and they dont seem to be going away, however they have changed somewhat from red and inflamed to more distinct and darker.
I havent had any pain there, and I havent noticed any discharge, however I have felt a biting sensation from time to time, and then later spots in that area. They seem to heal, then re-appear in other areas mostly on the penis head.
Could I get some advice on this? Any help would be appreciated as I'm not in a financial position to visit clinics right now.

As you have these elsewhere on your body your either have two separate issues - or the mites suggestion could be near to what you have going on.
If you cannot get professional medical help you are going to need to put in place as many of the measures as you can to deal with bed bugs and mites, as well as the other main possibility that this could be a fungal / yeast issue.
Check online for the details of this - so in terms of material and clothing you have contacted you will need to wash these at a high temperature, strip and vacuum your bed careful and the surrounding area in your bedroom, particularly if you have carpets.
In addition you will need medicated soaps, body wash and potentially hair shampoo - pharmacists are very good at giving advice on which to use and how to deal with the wider issues.
As I say, the basic all-round precautions and measures you will need to put in place to deal with a range of potential different causes are ALL detailed online - medical based websites often give the best advice …
