These spots have been on my glans for as long as I can remember, but I have no idea what they are or if I should seek help. Is this normal or something like balanitis?image
Jack, the term Balanitis is often used as a ‘cover all’ in that it describes irritation and redness present on the head / glans and foreskin of the penis. Looking at the image I would agree with you, they are strange red spots - I would definitely say these are not normal.
To be safe I would at least get a professional opinion on this, if you can see a Dermatologist, Urologist or if not simply go to any Sexual Health Service as they deal with all genital health issues …
