Cannot be friction from masturbation as I do not masturbate. Have not had unprotected sex in at least two years either. Kinda puzzled. The penis head felt slightly itchy 2 days ago but there was no rash. Itchiness has subsided but there is this strange dry skin-like scabbing in one area near the head. Very confused and alarmed.
