Strange Skin Problem b/w my legs on right side.

Hello,

Please see the attached image, I got this type of infection over night!

I woke up in the mrng and I found this sad   .. it's there for more than 1 week ..

Symptoms :

1) It's very ittchy (makes my finger to scratch )  ( I haven't scratched- I control)

2) Does not pain

3) IT feels like the white dots might contain some liquid :S

Location : In  between my legs / on the right leg area . 

please help me sad
