I just had a very strange experience. I bent over, and suddenly it was like there was water in my nose, but only in one nostril. And then my left nostril got all runny, and so did my left eye, and I got this intense pain on the left side of my head, but not just in like my sinuses, my whole head. The pain has mostly subsided now after a couple of minutes, but this has never happened to me before and it kinda freaked me out. What happened?
Have you had any head pressure lately? Sound like you might have block a sphenoid
Yeah I've had similar, it's just related to an upper respiratory infection, it's weird when it happens, I know, but I wasn't worried, just keep plenty of tissues with you :-)
Has it stopped leaking for you now? A lot of people get csf leak through one side of the nose, just in case.
