Strange tiredness.

Ever since my anxiety reached its peak (the last two weeks or so), I’ve been strangely tired. I cant tell if I’m actually physically tired or if its mental. It’s like I feel like I can’t do anything. I have to FORCE myself to clean, cook, etc and the whole time it feels like I’m trudging through mud. Today I actually started to cry because in my head I was like “I cant do this, I’m too weak”. Yet when I lay down to nap because im “so tired” or to go to sleep at night…I cant sleep.

Part of me is thinking I need to go to the doctor over this and another part of me is thinking anxiety/depression/being overwhelmed with 4 kids. Ugh, I wish I wasn’t a hypochondriac.

anxiety and especially depression can cause major mental fatigue, but not only that it also causes physical fatigue. The mind and body are closely connected and one will affect the other. having four kids can be very exhausting. I had three and that was a lot. I know several people whose kids are all home now because they have to do online schooling. The parents are just exhausted! between helping them with schooling, all the household chores, food shopping, laundry, and everything else it’s no wonder they are exhausted! What you’re going through is very common especially right now. is there anyway you can get some exercise like just walking? I’m sure it’s probably hard to fit in your schedule but try to take a little time during each day to do something for yourself. hang in there and one day at a time.

Low Self-esteem, Tiredness, feeling unmotivated and many more symptoms commonly accompany anxiety & depression issues.

Ultimately like the depression cycle has taken control of your mindset & causing a problem… I’d suggest maybe seeking help from a professional (Anti-depressants & therapy).

It’s not an easy ride at all.. I mean I’m 25 and still struggle to this date, but the light is at the end of the tunnel.

Good Luck & I’m here if you ever want to message.
