i have had this vaginal discharge for a few days now and Im not sure what but could be please help .
symptoms:
foul odour
ammonia smell of urine
pain during urination
a lot of discharge
some discharge yellow
some discharge like cottage cheese
no itching
having to constantly urinate and a pressed feeling
it seems that you have bv or trichomoniasis, you should get an exam and lab test done I’d suggest
could be an urinary tract infection or an sti, visit the doctor to find out exactly what it is
