I’m not having any symptoms like itching/pain. A little more discharge than normal I believe is just because of where I am in my cycle. Mostly concerned about large round mass in center of vaginal opening and labia minora. Does it look normal? Also have a few strange looking growths at base of vulva.
The small lumps/growths look like VP and are nothing to worry about. The central lump looks like a possible prolapse forming. Have you had any vaginal deliveries? If you are concerned then try to get an appointment with your health care provider.
