So have been on here a couple times regarding headaches and such I went back to hospital tonight about my ongoing headache and told him about previous test I’ve had and I thought I already had an mri done... turns out I only had a CT scan done even tho I swear the doctor said mri and now I’m stressed they have missed something sinister and my head

Try to stop worrying about your scan a computerised tomography scan should pick anything up that's why your doctor requested it.
Assuming your CT was clear it's all good...
