what can i do\ take with the pain with period and the pain from the ovarian cyst?? im 15 year ago its very sore
Naprogesic (=ingredient Naproxen) is the only medication, that helps us against period pain (and do not even have to take to maximum dose).
It also inhibits prostaglandin production (which causes the cramping).
My daughter took this with 13 and 14 due to severe menstruation pain and helped to manage get through the day. Same with me. It really helps.
I am in Australia and can get it over the counter, no prescribtion needed and not expensive.

(All other usual over the counter painkillers didn't help at all. (Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, ...) Not even bothering with them anymore for period pain)
Are you in UK? I suggest 2 paracetamol regularly through the day (up to 8 per day) and a hot water bottle on your tummy. However, I strongly recommend phoning GP surgery for advice as you are young. Hope it feels better soon.

yeah i took the Naprogesic its good yeah am Australian too and no sorry im not UK but yeah i use the heat pack alot and it help too. my GP hope that my period will just flush the cyst down soo i dont need treatment. Its just hurting sooo much
Try taking pain killers, and see if the doctors can help with anything. Also, try a hot water bottle. Get well soon! <3
