I woke up a month and a half ago with between a 30 - 60 degree upwards bend in my penis about 2/3's up the shaft and only during erection. It was totally fine the day before, this literally happened over night . While trying to figure out what had happened I kept being lead to Peyronie's disease but I'm 32, healthy, no pain, no lump or plaque, no bruising, no problem getting a erection and it didn't occur gradually over time. No wild sex or aggressive/excessive masturbation and I was circumcised at birth. The bend hasn't changed for the better or worse but originally it was slightly bottle necked or constricted where the curve was but this has gone away just leaving the bend. The only thing out of the norm was I woke up on my stomach which I have never done before leading me to believe it happened in my sleep. I haven't been to a dr yet mainly due to embarrassment, fear they are going to want surgery and was hoping it would go away on its own but its not getting any better and I fear I will be disfigured the rest of my life, I cant have sex like this nor do I want it seen. Am I totally screwed?
