Sudden bumps on penis shaft. What could it be?

Hello, A couple months ago I started noticing these bumps on my shaft. They are skin colored and i dont think they were always there. They are much more visible when im erect. Im a 25 year old sexually active Male, any idea what this could be? Praying its just fordyce and not HPV. Thanks!
