Sudden Dry Skin on Penis. Should I be worried?

Good Afternoon All -
I’m a 16 year old male with eczema and I’m not sexually active. I’m uncircumsized.
As of recent, I’ve noticed patches of dark, dry skin varying in size and shape, starting from the tip of my penis to a portion of my shaft.
These patches aren’t causing me any discomfort apart from when I apply steroid cream to it.
I’ve dismissed it as a result of my gradually spreading eczema, but since this is a COMPLETELY new development, I’d like to know if I should be worried.

yes youre too young to post a picture. it sounds like it could just be the eczema. the skin is quite sensitive there so could present differently there compared to rest of body, maybe chat with your doctor if youre concerned.
