HI, I'm a 38yr male, never smoked, try to keep health and I'm not overweight. Over the last few days I have had bad reflux/heart burn, especially when I lie down or after I eat. Along with that I have lump in my throat and all this has be believing I have some sort of cancer and its driving my anxiety crazy. Don't really want to go to the doctor as I am worried on a negative outcome. Help!

i have heartburn 24/7 every day but mine is called GERD SO ITS NORMAL . if you start vomiting or blood in your stool go the doctors.
the second one is the lump is it a rasied lump ? or a feeling when you swollow?

doctors just say its acid reflux but its not its GERD you can meds or chew minty chewy that helps.

but if you live by thst youd die and the lump feeling will never go and that will be gerd/ anxiety lump
with me i got ibs and foods that help my ibs makes my GERD WORSE OR FOODS TO HELP MY GERD makes my ibs worse and because i cant ever burp at all feels like i cant breath

can you have heartburn without eating? I just had the worst feeling, burning in my chest that went up to my throat.. nausousness… thought I was gonna throw up. I was worried about it being heart attack! NEVER felt heartburn like this before.
Went and saw the doctor today, put me on ECG and no issues, blood pressure fine. Has given me some Esomeprazole for the reflux and sending me for a gaestrosomething… tube down the throat to see whats going on.
