So I just had servere pain around me right eye. It felt like a pressure/stabbing pain and has now made the right side of my head feel light and weird. The pain is still slightly there and my right side of my neck, my right arm and shoulder all feel really strange now.my right eye feels like its hard to open too.
This only happened about 5 mins ago.
I suddenly burst out in a sweat, got really hot and very agitated along with weird feelings in my chest and heart accelerated.
I know alot of this could be panic/anxiety related but what even causes such a servere eye pain out of nowhere?
I feel so silly asking about this stuff but i want to know if anyone else experiences this etc?
