suddenly low/weak ejaculation

This past week I've noticed my ejaculations have been low in volume with weak thrust. I’ve always had large volumes when they are days apart. But this past week, they have been very weak with very little thrust and afterwards I get the sensation of a lingering tingling sensation creating a sensation of slight pressure and the desire to have to do it again to find relief. There is no pain at any point. Urination does not appear changed at all. I recall 2 weeks ago the ejaculation was felt with intense pressure in my urethra up until expulsion and a single pressurized stream happened. But this week it's a weak stream with about 70% reduction in volume and a sense of very little pressure inside. One thing thats been different is there have been longer breaks in between. A week apart. Which is uncommon but my anxiety affected my desire. Yesterday I ejaculated once and felt more wanted to come out but couldn’t and so I did it again and after both times I was left with a tingling felling that I still felt the next morning when waking up as if I never did it and needed to try to do it again. I am trying not to to give things a break, though. Some possible causes that come to mind: - I had fallen 3 weeks ago and was thrown into a wall and hit my shoulder and right sit bone. My sit bone and that area has healed and pain free. - I have been getting chiropractic adjustments done weekly over the past 3 months and dealing with weakness in my left hip. I wonder if the weakness is causing my pelvic nerves to be weak or my floor muscles to be weak. Or if the chiropractic adjustments that I’ve been getting weekly for the past 3 months have weakened a nerve in my lower spine that could be effecting my floor muscles. - since 3 weeks ago I have been laying in bed now to work during the day as my leg gets numb when I sit. Could laying in bed too much cause a weakening in my pelvic muscles or cause some kind of restriction in my prostate? Any input or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

FWIW: Symptoms for one week, you say? That could be a fluke – of, as you say, your anxiety. Anxiety can make us a little paranoid, sensing dire things that are just…a fluke.

Not to oversimplify, but I doubt I’d be concerned at this early stage. If you stick to a “normal” routine and still have issues a month from now, maybe a doc can help. But do know that multiple ejaculations over limited periods of time will doubtless lead to noticeable volume issues. Up or down. Good luck.

I have somewhat similar symptoms. Ejaculations seems to be incoordinated and incomplete and it is very frustrating as it feels that there is still something left and there is still fulness and there is an urge to do it again went to many urologist but nobody could tell what it is. After thinking about it I think it might be weakness in ejaculatory duct and maybe weakness of the bladder neck as it loses it’s contractility with age. I have not found a solution. I took some finasteride in the past and there are reports of post finasteride syndrom which can lead to ejaculatory disorders. If you find a doctor who has insight into this problem please keep me posted.
