Hi everyone I feel like I'm going insane
I recently fallen in love and started a long distance relationship with a lovely man. The thing is I can't take the waiting for calls.. Tonight he was supposed to call me but he hasn't.. I am literally tearing my hair out crying having a panic attack so many thoughts are going through my head like is he going to ignore me and never speak to me again? How could he do that I will die inside if I have to be alone again. I feel like my life isn't worth living.
I feel so out of control I could do with advice..
Ive tried calling him but there's no signal.
I'm a absolute mess right now can someone help me rationalise this 
I am sorry you are going through this. But I don’t want to sugarcoat this either. He may be very busy but Long distance relationships very often fall apart . It’s difficult to keep any relationship going when you’re not seeing someone regularly.
They very often meet someone in the real world they can interact with.
Im not saying it can’t work, but if he continues to not call, move on.
Its nobody’s fault, just can happen with distance.
He may be giving you a signal by not answering.
