Suggestions anyone ?

So for over a year now i have been struggling with a bunch of different symptoms, from breathing to acid reflux to dizziness to headaches, also heart palpitations they all come and go from time to time sometimes i am fine and then out of the blue i get these symptoms. seems like when i am driving or in a store my head begins to get a lot of pressure then its like i cant focus on anything almost like everything around me is moving to fast or as if my eyes cant keep up, as this happens my walk feels like i am swaying back and forth and then feel off balance and sick. i have been so many doctors and they say nothing is wrong, i asked my doctor if this could be anxiety and she said no that it is usually anxiety before the symptoms not symptoms followed by anxiety. i need any suggestions at this point i feel really lost and scared.

sorry you are going through this. I have to disagree with your doctor. I’ve had anxiety for over 30 years and mine started out with the same symptoms you have. i’ve had everyone of your symptoms on many occasions. It is mainly when I’m anxious but they can come on out of nowhere also. Symptoms can come at any time because there is an underlying anxiety. Sometimes we don’t feel anxious but all of a sudden we get weird symptoms. And then other times we do feel anxious and we have symptoms. There is no set rule about this.
What you are describing sounds exactly like anxiety and stress symptoms. You’ve been checked out and everything is OK. Think about what in your life is causing you anxiety? School? Work? Relationships? Family?
its also a medical fact that anxiety can be inherited and it was in my case. Just like depression can have a genetic link.
i would suggest that you speak with a counselor who can help you manage all of this. It really helps to talk to somebody who can help.
doctors still don’t know everything about anxiety. Mainly what they do is prescribe medication so the rest is really up to us. Sometimes it requires a lifestyle change, learning how to relax your mind, changing situations in your life that is causing anxiety, talking to a counselor, and so on. main thing is when you get the symptoms try not to get panicked over it because that makes the symptoms worse. What I do is just take a matter of fact attitude and not get upset and they seem to subside. I hope you feel better soon but right now you do need support for this. Feel free to message anytime!

Thanks so much for your suggestions and kind thoughts. I do feel anxious sometimes without symptoms within the same week i will get symptoms. i tell myself its anxiety but because the doctor says she does not think it is i tell myself that there is something that they are missing, and its a vicious cycle. When they symptoms go away in the back of my mind i know they will return which increases my anxiousness. My life and people who i am around is a good environment, i believe i tend to stress myself out with overthinking things and its mainly the symptoms that i am stressed about. I will follow up with my doctor to go over anxiety again .

have you gotten any scan’s done?

yes i had a ct scan with and without contrast also a mri along with blood work, i also seen ent, also a neurologist who did a EEG

oh great! all came back as clear i assume? that’s awesome.
