hi there! ive been going through a herpes/sexual health scare which has really ruined me in the last 14 weeks. no one can tell me if it is or isnt and the thought of it makes me suicidal. Irrational i know! because of my fear of intimacy and social anxiety, the thought of adding another barrier between me and getting a girlfriend saddens me. which is pathetic considering people going through real struggles. while this was all happening the council phoned me to say id breached the terms of my house and i will be fined, which means ive breached my mortgage terms and will be fined and potentially lose the house over it. the thought of the financial stress and potentially having to get lawyers involved is too much. i can hardly shower. let alone fight for myself. i feel defenceless and like im going to be trampled on. anyway, long story short im thinking of jumping in front of a train. Dramatic i know! i find it hard to know how serious i am or if im crying for help. im aware this will hurt my loved ones and its selfish but im past the point of caring which is awful to say.

omg, sorry you’ve given me a shock! when i struggled to pay my rent last year, my housing association accepted that we were genuinely struggling and tried to help, we eventually paid it off and kept our home. what is the problem according to your housing provider? you could use your property because. they must think they have all the cards, why don’t you? it’s vile, landlords think they could do whatever they like and threatening you is useful why? fight back. get someone to help you, get support. if you have done nothing wrong you wouldn’t have anything to fear. don’t let them get to you. go see your doctor and explain how this situation is making you feel. i wish you luck, i have been driven to almost take my life last year. i spoke to people. i am still here.

but listen of bit mine story.
I am alone and have 4kids.
My family , my dear one all gone.
I have severe disability including depression and prescription in two pages.
6 or 7 consultant in a different hospitals .
I also have herpis it’s on and off .
I also have been homeless for 6years..
I just want u to put yourself together .
Just think that there is people who has more difficult situation and they fight this battle .
i want you become strong and please do it for people who loves you.

Hi JP - so sorry to read you are suffering like this. See the doc and explain what is happening. Any help on that side of things can be used to keep the council at bay, or at least give you some leeway. Please forget the train, see the doc.

i am the landlord! 
my mum died in a car accident 4 years ago and left the house to me. i finished it off and then rented it out. its an issue with HMO vs single family let which breaches the council and mortgage conditions. a totally accidental mistake, one ive made no profit on, but one that could cost me dearly! 
hi jp1, it’s a shame you can’t call paul shamplina, i take it you’ve seen the programme. what did you do that was so blindingly wrong? a hmo is a nightmare, single families yes hmo’s no! i really hope this is sortable. fingers crossed you’re ok.
yes exactly! i didnt want a HMO so decided upon a single let sourced by an estate agent, but the family they got moved in with a friend who isnt a blood relative and this counts as a HMO. I NEVER wanted an HMO, if i decided i wanted a proper HMO and rented each room out individually, i could get 100% more profit as im charging standard singke let rates and always have. The estate agent are scrambling to get their solicitors together and really don’t care about me or how much financial trouble i get in. No one will care (council and mortgage company) that it was a genuine mistake. its just so out of my depth and couldnt have come at a worse time in my life!
hi jp1, as a landlord don’t you have rights over your own property. it sounds like the property has been used as a scam, to make money off you. if you have contracts etc you have evidence. i wish you lots of luck.
