I am going on holiday in two weeks and worried that the sunbeds round the pool will be to low.as yet I have not tried kneeling down. so how do I get off one?
just got back from Spain and you do have to be careful....the sunbeds with arms are best but a good trick is to put your bed next to a step if poss so you step off with your feet lower than the ground if you see what I mean!...other than that a helping hand is always useful!! Don't worry...there are always ways and means!! Enjoy!

That's a good question. I don't see you doing it by your self. Someone will need to give you their hand to pull up on.

Well if they can do this for beds I can't see why they can't do it for sun beds! Talk to your travel rep and also at the airport do please do disabled and get help at the airport eg a buggy! You will need it! Regards Amanda
Yes I have got the disabled wheelchair at the airport that should make a difference and I will find out about blocks under sun beds thanks for your help regards Ruth
