Hi i understand the need to keep your HRT patches covered whilst sunbathing on holiday. Can anyone advise if its the same advice to sunbeds/solariums or a no go completely? I have fair skin and like to have a short course before holidays to prevent burning the risks of which im aware. Thx in advance.
