I think you just have a yeast infection, and that it looks like that because of inflammation. No worries, it doesn’t look like herpes at all!
That doesn’t look like herpes, nor does it look like a yeast infection. Based off the circular clumping of wart like bumps it looks like genital warts. I would go to a doctor ASAP so they can swab you a confirm.
