Hi
I'm trying anything now to try and make myself feel more normal and a big human if you know what I mean. I have been reading up on the internet and there is a website saying supplements can help menieres in a big way. Is this avenue worth trying I don't mind paying if it's going to work. It states you have to have these five supplements which u can buy almost anywhere x
Hi Sarita What is the website for these suppliments? I will take a look, I am all for alternative methods. It seems nothing else works.
I know it is all so individual, but I swear by my morning drink of cayenne pepper, turmeric and freshly squeezed orange juice with a bit of warm water in a cup. It's fantastic for circulation. My condition was chronic for 8 years - couldn't work etc. Now I am feeling virtually normal, no attacks for 12 months. Doing a lot of exercise, strict diet, and daily supplements of Multi B, plus B12, magnesium and fish oil. Also for a time, Vitamin D (once a week). No other medication. It may not work overnight for you, but anything is worth a try as I sure know how it was!! All the best.
Meant to add I only use organic spices. Also mostly organic foods.
Hi Jackie it's a website called _______ have a read xx

Yes supplements... vitamins and minerals are really important for Meniere sufferers.
Especially vitamins for nerve and adrenal support. The more support you give your body the more improvement you feel. Don't forget physical excercise.
