I thought it was working. I'd thought the routine of food and exercise I'd got into was working.
Unfortunately I've got into the habit of weighing myself daily, which is the first thing I need to tackle. But I've steadily been losing nearly 1lb a day with the odd standstill day. 10lbs so far in 20 days.
But Monday eve when I weighted I'd put on 1lb, and last night 2lbs!! I couldn't believe it and am so disheartened - and I did extra exercise yesterday!! I thought I was headed to having lost a stone in total by the end of the week but now I'm back to having lost only just over half a stone. I just don't understand
