Support needed :o(

I thought it was working. I'd thought the routine of food and exercise I'd got into was working.

Unfortunately I've got into the habit of weighing myself daily, which is the first thing I need to tackle. But I've steadily been losing nearly 1lb a day with the odd standstill day. 10lbs so far in 20 days.

But Monday eve when I weighted I'd put on 1lb, and last night 2lbs!! I couldn't believe it and am so disheartened - and I did extra exercise yesterday!! I thought I was headed to having lost a stone in total by the end of the week but now I'm back to having lost only just over half a stone. I just don't understand

water retention? are you due on???

this weighing yourself daily is definitely not a good thing i used to do that aswell infact more than once a day and got similar results althougth this was before orlistat but i dont have scales in the house now its just too tempting :!:

at the moment i go to the docs every 4 weeks for my weigh in but im going to get weighed weekly 4 weeks is killin me :lol:

so if was u id ditch the scales keep doing what ur doing cause ur defo losing the weight and get weighed weekly
