Surgery from 6 years ago has killed my libido now.

I currently am an 18 year old male who usually had a strong libido as fitting as someone for my age. The extraction of a cloth from my penis, a remnant from a years old surgery, has seemingly killed my libido.

So recently I extracted a piece of… white cloth? I am unsure what exactly it was, from the front of the head of my penis . Perhaps a stitch. It has always been in the head since I was 12, when I did a surgery for a large genital wart that had grown there.

There was a small hole in which the cloth was stuck there that I had noticed a few days ago. Though the cloth had always been there and the hole, the cloth seemed dislodged so I removed it after some uncomfortable fiddling. It was not painful, only uncomfortable. After 10 minutes I removed it and subsequently went on with my day.

However, for a few days now I have noticed a significant decline in libido. Losing the ability to generate morning wood+in general very little sexual thought compared to beforehand. I have had issues sleeping recently, as well as depression. These can affect libido I’m assuming, but I’ve had these issues in the past and Libido has rarely ever declined to be like this. And no, I’m not on any medication. Also I don’t have the cloth anymore.

I do still get hard when watching porn, but I don’t have a desire to watch porn. I only forced myself to, to see if I could get hard.

Thus my question is merely pertaining to whether or not this extraction could have caused this or not. Perhaps the cloth constantly stimulated the glans into sexual thought which is why I was very sexually oriented in the past, or perhaps it just did nothing and this is all in my head.

This is a complex situation and while it would seem that you removed a stitch that was placed on or in your penis for surgical recovery it would seem this has had quite an impact on you.
When exactly did you extract this, what you are calling white cloth ?
