I was reading an older post about muscle twitching in feet and legs dealing with menopause . i had this start in 2018 along with buzzing like a cellphone in my feet and jerking of limbs even my whole body or just a finger all when resting. Can anyone relate? I had a full hysterectomy in 2017. For the past 4 months now things have gotten better. I pray it has!!!! This has ruled my life
Hi Michelle, I had a full hysterectomy in February last year. I haven’t experienced what you have but been thrown in to menopause has had its ups and downs ( mainly downs) I was just wondering if you used HRT after your hysterectomy? x
i had this severely to thr point of hospitalization. i thiight i was having a seizure at the tinr of an elisode i coildnt feel my legs and ciukdnt speak but now they are just muscle spasms and shaking all over and jerky feeling on right chrst and groin
i never thoight it was menopause but after reading all these losts im sure it is.
i drink calm its a pwoder magnesium put it in water. this helps me alot to calm them down
