I always suffer in the evenings with restless legs and it drives me mad.the other day I read that magnets can help so willing to try anything I brought 2 toe magnets.brilliant.i wear them all day and my evenings now are so much better.no longer am I moving my legs all over the place whilst trying to relax.it even helps with leg aches during the day.i don’t know how or why but it takes away pumping tablets into my system.

They are sold as a weight loss product which is sceptical but I was only interested in the fact that I can wear them all day and they are not on show.the 1st couple of days felt weird but now I forget they are there.you can get them ion eBay or wish for a couple of quid and you get 2 pairs.its worth a go without spending a lot of money.
